My boyfriend asked me why is that a lot of people with bipolar have the same thoughts, experiences, stories? How can that just be? How is that just a coincidence he says? Does anyone have some good insight on this? Or does anyone else wonder the same thing?

Welcome to the Community, Blueabby. I was not aware of the coincidence, if in fact true.

Perhaps, you can ask your treatment team?

I wish you well.

Hi, Blueabby, glad you found PC. I do believe a lot of us with bipolar have similar feeling and experiences is that it they are part of the illiness. There are a lot of things that just come with being bipolar and that includes a lot of the same symptoms.
Same thoughts?

may catch hell for this, but I think we hear the same problems all the time because those issues drive us to reach out for comfort or help or just a smypathic ear....

it's an illness, not a lifestyle.
