Anyone?

I am asking you this cus I'm having problems EVERY SINGLE MONTH when entering a PMS and during period as well. Though the worsening of symptoms is in PMS. I've been noticing bad sleeping (being nervous during the night and waking up all the time), increased restlesness and anxiety, also a bit of crying and feeling no emotions and motivation.

MIND YOU all of this is not nearly as bad as it was, but it's still present. Maybe lifting the Abilify could make my anxiety go away? Read somewhere that at 10mg it works as sedative? But I don't want to loose my motivation etc...like I did on 125mg of Lamictal.

Well if anyone has the same experience, like feeling worse in PMS, do share. I've started noticing the difference on my 19th day in the cycle. Today is my 22th day...hopefuly period will come soon.

Love you all**

We get a double whammy. It's totally hormonal.

Haha Skitz your right those are the days when I wish I was a man

It's just so hard to deal with it, cus when your so frustrated about everything, you see this worsening of symptoms during PMS as your health going worse again. Though, I presume, that's not it. It's just yeah, like you said, hormonal.

PMS often includes both physical and emotional symptoms, such as:
  • Acne
  • Swollen or tender breasts
  • Feeling tired
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Upset stomach, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea
  • Headache or backache
  • Appetite changes or food cravings
  • Joint or muscle pain
  • Trouble with concentration or memory
  • Tension, irritability, mood swings, or crying spells
  • Anxiety or depression
Symptoms vary from woman to woman.

OH isn't that just "great" :/

Also...

Premenstrual (pree-MEN-struhl) syndrome (PMS) is a group of symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle. PMS symptoms occur 1 to 2 weeks before your period (menstruation or monthly bleeding) starts. The symptoms usually go away after you start bleeding.

PMS occurs more often in women who:
  • Are between their late 20s and early 40s
  • Have at least 1 child
  • Have a family history of depression
  • Have a past medical history of either postpartum depression or a mood disorder
But how to ease it? I don't want to take one more med :/ maybe just deal with it...and keep it mind, it'll pass...
