Anyone?
![]() I am asking you this cus I'm having problems EVERY SINGLE MONTH when entering a PMS and during period as well. Though the worsening of symptoms is in PMS. I've been noticing bad sleeping (being nervous during the night and waking up all the time), increased restlesness and anxiety, also a bit of crying and feeling no emotions and motivation. MIND YOU all of this is not nearly as bad as it was, but it's still present. Maybe lifting the Abilify could make my anxiety go away? Read somewhere that at 10mg it works as sedative? But I don't want to loose my motivation etc...like I did on 125mg of Lamictal. Well if anyone has the same experience, like feeling worse in PMS, do share. I've started noticing the difference on my 19th day in the cycle. Today is my 22th day...hopefuly period will come soon. Love you all** ![]() |
