I have "Bipolar Bandit " on facebook. I dont always pay attention to the articles but this one grabbed my attention. I know first hand that exercising and eating healthy has helped me. I decided this summer I was going to try to control my illness and not let it control me. Not always so easy. I think a lot of the weight gain we have is due to the drugs. It seems that its feel better and put weight on or feel awful and be slimmer.

Has some good tips in it.

If only it were easier to eat healthy! I'm sure diet does have a lot to do with it though
