Head wear.
Currently trying to get over a huge crash. One thing that remains with me is that I feel I have holes all over my head and working their way down to my body. So I found out that If I wear a hat I feel safe. I realise perhaps people find that weird as I even wear it in my bed.
But I feel safe I wondered is there anything you wear to feel safe?

A crash helmet. A bulletproof vest. Steel-toed boots. Brass knuckles. An Ak-47. Night-sight goggles.

My safe object is actually my bath robe. When I feel vulnerable I'll wear it and it actually seems to help my anxiety somewhat.

I had an issue with a stalker

I keep a knife in my pocket and a baseball bat in my car.

I may not ever need them, but they make me feel safe

A scarf, it's good to occupy my hands and I can cover my mouth / face if I need to.
