Haven't been here cause I've been fine. However, I just ate 6 freaking bowls of spaghetti noodles and...wait for it...mayonnaise. I've never eaten that in my whole life, but tonight I had a huge craving for that mixture and could not stop. No, I'm not pregnant. That would require sex. I wish.

Heart palpitations are back too. I'm irritable. People are beyond stupid.

I always have stress, but I think what's pushing me is my brother. He is sooooo mentally I'll that even I can't get it. He's lost everything and living with my elderly parents and stalking someone and lays in bed all of the times but almost never sleeps. At times he's nearly catatonic. Won't respond, won't look at you. He will not get help or take meds.

This post is a rant that really doesn't require any response. I have to push it out somewhere, so thank you.

It helps to vent and this is just the place to release emotions.

I get heart palpations as well. You're not alone. I really hope you feel better soon! <3
