Was properly diagnosed in June 2014 with bipolar, I can't tell if I'm having a hypomania, mania , or I'm "normal". I know depressed state. So last night I stayed at my partners place who lives with house mates. I was the only female and I had a ball. My partner was concerned about my over excitement. I was chatting and carrying on. I also was dishonest with him and was hiding i was drinking. Wasn't until he approached me took the drink and discovered I was lying. It was only then everything hit me in the face. How I had been behaving the last few days, how I lied to him everything. But at the time I had no idea. I'm not sure if I've explained this very well! I haven't had much sleep and my head is all over the place! Can anyone give me some help please x

Racing thoughts? Do you feel fine after a lack of sleep? Just some thoughts.

Are you irritable and having trouble focusing. Irritability and sleep issues are the big ones for me.

Yes irritable don't come near me agitated, yep definitely not focusing what ever my partner was saying it was like I was numb no matter how hard I tried to focus on what he was saying (actually being told off) it just was not sinking in. Any thoughts?

It does sound to me like you may have had one. I have been struggling for 4 days with the same type of thing ( withholding information) lying, just having fun in the idea of doing what ever I want. I have had hyper focused racing thoughts. I'm actually scared a little bit. It's 4 am where I am. I have an appt with my psychiatrist tomorrow. Do you go to therapy? Take meds?

There is significance in your awareness- even though it's worry some. Take action. Call and leave a message with or better yet, see your therapist ASAP if you can.

Do they have a wait list for cancellations? Maybe you could get in sooner. My therapist said to always call and ask so I do. I would have been to scared or embarrassed before.

You have been up for 3 days? I just read that part. I would just show up when they open.
