I crashed and burned last weekend really bad. Anxiety was through the roof. So PDoc upped my Klonopin to 3 a day as opposed to 1 at bedtime.
I don't like taking Benzo's because they are addicting, and I don't have an addictive personality....NOT lol
Anyhow, I've read a bit about L-Theanine and have heard many great things.
Anyone out there tried it for anxiety? I have it in my cart at Amazon, but am hesitant to push the button.

Celexa 10mg qd
Ritalin 10mg bid
Lamactil 25mg hs (tritrating up)
Zyprexa 2.5 mg hs until I hit 50mg of Lamactil
