So, I thought maybe I was slipping into a hypo state....yeah...been swinging there since Wednesday probably....

I can tell when things that don't normally overwhelm with anxiety hit me hard that I am there. Everything seems like it's struggle to keep up...but I am...I am actually doing more than I normally do....but it FEELS like I am not doing enough!

Crazy!

oh...I remember that feeling...that I am going really fast but I feel like I cant keep up...drove me up the wall.....hope it doesn't last long......take care.

Yeah...it's been a bout 5 days now....kinda felt some depression coming on yesterday, but just before bed I was fixing all the door nobs on our bedroom and halfway....manic much Angry?
