Bring your case history. I just brought a few pages of my life and psychiatric history, to save some time. Mood episodes, and hospitalizations, previous prescriptions, diagnosis, etc.
After that brief introduction, be honest and tell him/her all your recent moods and behaviors.
That should do it.

Pretty much what pawn said. Have you went yet? If so, how did it go?

I am thinking of this differently ...

Getting a second opinion to me is having a fresh set of eyes and ears . They can ask you questions and discuss your struggles and history and medications ect and come up with there own thoughts maybe not a specific diagnosis but they will be able to make up there own mind instead of letting the previous Pdoc's notes influance anything. Pdoc are use to people coming to them for second opinions.

Just my thoughts. I wish you luck
