I have always felt an all consuming loneliness or emptiness that at times can be simply unbearable which tends to trigger depressive episodes in my bipolar world. I always thought it was unrelated but I am seeing people on here with some of the same feelings. Is this yet another symptom? Does anyone else have these feelings?

I get those feelings from time to time. But its not just a bipolar thing. I know plenty of people like that and they have no mental problems

Try to get out and help someone out. You will feel better about yourself and they would love the help.

Yes, I feel that way but only when depressed. When you're feeling better, work on building up friendships so you don't feel so lonely.
