From a teen until now, how did I let worry, fear, stress, and work completely consume my life to a point that I never made anything of it because surviving was a daily struggle, yet alone trying to actually live?

I can never get those years back, and I can't replace all of the sacrifices that I made just to survive.

I know how you feel possibly. I haven't accomplished anything in my life because I've let myself get in my way.

We can't bring back the years, but we are able to take knowledge with us. You learn as you go and you make it better for the future. It is a HUGE accomplishment to to make it through those years. Heck sometimes it can be just for making it through a very rough day. Be kind to yourself and try not to dwell on what you didn't do.
