Thanks to this site I finally have a handle on what my problem really is. Bipolar, handed down from my Mom's side of the family. Better late than never (57 yrs). It's been a wild ride getting here. Married at 17, son at 18, daughter at 23, divorced at 25. U.S.Navy at 29. Second marriage at 30, divorced at 32 and out of the Navy in 1983. Went home to Michigan to live with guy I knew before I went in . Lasted 3 and 1/2 years. Moved to New Orleans in 1987 where my youngest brother lived. Lost him to Aids in 1995. That did all kinds of weird things to my head. Depression, seeing things other people didn't, had an afair with a young man 20yrs my junior. Moved back to Michigan and lived with my daughter, her boyfriend, and my 3 yr old granddaughter.
That lasted 8 months. Came back south to Louisana. Weird living arrangement with man in his trailer, while I went to School for two year Assocaited Degree. Landed good job at Space Center in Mississippi. Got fired 3 yrs later. Budget cuts. Memopause came along and really sent me for a loop. Maybe I can write more later, I need to sleep now.
