Anxiety is an issue many of us in this day and age face maybe because life is hectic, everything as to be done fast and efficiently. Many people with bipolar also suffer from anxiety.
Some few techniques to cope with it: 1)Drink a glass of water 2)Take deep breaths 10 seconds apart 3)Listen to some calm soothing music 4)If at home watch television 5)Solve a puzzle 6)Most importantly do something which needs your complete attention. Lots of help, Fanora Hunsford ![]() ![]() |

Great advice! I can't emphasize how important breathing is! We forget to breath or breath to slow or too fast under stress or anxiety. Inhaling slowing and exhaling slowly works instantly for some relief! I do that at work as needed. Takes some practice to remember to do it, but it truly does help me
