I am on a rollercoaster descending into darkness. No sleep in 5 days, not on meds... scared. I thought I could manage it solo...

You need to call now. You dont want to get worse over the weekend and then only have a limited options for help.

Just call you doc and get back on your meds if you discontinued them.

Horrible. Was hypomanic i think yesterday and last night felt like going jogging in my pj's at 3 am. Started old meds (lamotrigine) again, but today feel like a zombie...
Tomorrow I have to go to work... Will be hard to pretend to feel normal...

Just making sure you know to start lamotrigine at low dose (25) and work up slowly from there. You could get sjs if you go too fast, even if you have been on it at higher dose and were ok before. You might want to ask your pdoc for something short term to cover you while you build back up to a therapeutic lamotrigine dose.
