Hey I'm at 200 of limictal working up to 300 ..and I keep forgetting thing like 10 min after someone says it...and I go out to get something and by the time I get there I forgot was I was getting...anyone else have this?

Yes. Although I can't be entirely sure it's just the Lamictal causing memory issues for me.

yes i have memory loss, my wife says i never listen because i forget so much...yes it is from lamictal I am at 300 and my pdoc says this a known side effect

I've been on lamictal for 10 years and have a horrible memory issues. I'm on 200mg 2x a day. I never connected it to taking lamictal until I read yr post. I forget movies I've seen, important dates and things I've done week to week. It's not fun.

I recently had some minor issues with Lamictal at a high dose (300mg). The high dose was really helping my mood, but also affecting my short-term memory and concentration power. I also was having decreased sex drive at 300mg. I recently dropped to 150mg, and that seems to be the magic number for me, that helps my mood, but doesn't mess me up with any mental side effects.

I've been on 600mg for years now, and never had any memory problems. What other meds are you on?

I'm only on lamictal and serequel 25at night to sleep...right now so far it's not helping my mood
