Is anyone else afraid of going to bed? I'm terrified of going to bed at night. I can fall asleep on the couch and have no problem waking up in the middle of the night and then going to bed. But, I can't just go to bed. I get really freaked out laying in bed and trying to go to sleep. Last night I was convinced I wouldn't wake up. Once I'm out of bed I'm ok

there are times I dread going to bed. I don't know what comes over me. I avoid it like the plague. I stay up forever. I just don't know what comes over me.

I dread bedtime. Most of the time I lie down because I'm tired, and it's not like my thoughts are racing. I just have a feeling of dread about trying to sleep.
