not intentionally, today I realized It was 2:00 pm and I hadn't eaten anything, oh and my morning meds.

just 600mg of lithium and 150mg of zoloft.

I've been med compliant but not anymore, I'm not getting better...maybe tomorrow I can start my "X Days without skipping meds".

I know it is something we have to be really conscientious about. I went to fill my meds by the date on the bottle but it baffled me because I still had at least a weeks worth of meds left in the bottle. when did I miss that much worth of meds?

I've got a bad habit of taking my morning meds with my cup of coffee .... Not sure if it affects them but oh well at least I associate taking meds when it's time for my cuppa!

I was on a perfect schedule with my meds until I went to midnights I now sometimes forget to take my 100 mg before work.. I still take my bedtime/morning dose of my 100 mg lamictal... 200 in total.. latuda and seroquel. .. it is frustrating. . I try to take my seroquel to work so I can take it 30 mins before getting off work.. hard to get on this new schedule

Can you set alarms on your phone to remind you? Try to eat something when your taking your Lithium its harsh on an empty stomach.
