Not sure what all took place in my head last night, but what a rough one. Started out in great mood. Read a few posts and just became so angry and ready to flip out. Cannot even say where the anger came from. All night up, down, turning, twisting, pissed off. Body hot, head pulsating angry. This morning more calm back to self some what. Just So I know I am not losing it, anyone else have episodes like that?

Mmm, Sounds really familiar, but that was when I was on antidepressants without a mood stabilizator, during that time I had exactly the same bousts.

Nowadays I haven't had it that rough.

Think it trough, maybe something very trivial you'd forgotten about got you real angry though?

What were you reading just before you became angry? Can you retrace your steps, so to speak?

I was reading a post here on the bipolar forum. Then all of sudden, wham! It all went , I can't even explain how it went. It just went.

Something triggered you, we just don't know what. Maybe you related strongly to something and it just set off a bad spark.

Feeling very wired now. Like I am ready to jump out of skin. Better then being so angry. Typically I don't hit such intense changes. Normally they are gradual. I appreciate the input. It just very different then I have been use to. Thanks

I've been getting triggered all day. I hate my life when it's like this.

I can find reading some posts to be quite triggering sometimes. It might not be because I'm currently in the same situation as the poster but because it can conjure previous memories that I try not think about. I can also flick moods quite easily.

Some posts trigger me because they have a certain worldview. Just raises my hackles.

Thanks for support, at least I know I am not alone. That helps.
