I really have nothing to say, but didn't want to feel alone. I hate when tears just come to my eyes and fall down my cheeks for no reason. I just got up to get coffee and they started. This keeps happening. Just feel sad.

Hugs Ozzy. Crying can be your body's way of relieving stress and if that's the case then let them flow. Better than bottling it up and imploding.

Hoping you find some relief soon.

I asked my old psychiatrist if it was necessary for a body to "release" tears. He didn't know the answer. I had him as a psych for several years at that time. He also didn't diagnose my bipolar.

I fired him.
Thanks for this!
