My therapy office offers one of these. What exactly is it? It is on a night that I work, so I'm not sure it is worth not working that night.

In college I attended an out patient CBT program. Is it similar to DBT?

What?s the Difference Between CBT and DBT? | Psych Central

guess I could have read this before I asked. Sounds like a lot of work that I don't think I am ready to do.

DBT is very helpful to just about everyone in the world, MI of not.
