So...my husband has been constantly asking me if I have been taking my meds. When I asked him why, he just said I have that constant "deer in the headlights look" and my pupils are way too dilated. He says he knows I am on the edge. What??? The thing is, he is usually right about me AND...when I told my pdoc that my hubs said that I had a deer in the headlights look, she said she noticed it too and she has seen it in the past when I'm unwell. Are they both crazy, ha! But seriously, has anyone ever been accused of a mood swing (perhaps rightfully so) based on such hoopla? What do you make of this?

Those closest to us may notice subtle changes before we do.
Anger can make the pupils constrict. Certain AD can make them dilate giving a "high" look. Sounds like its the overall disposition that they're picking up on. PS: you're lucky you look so elegant like a deer ... I'd probably look like a warthog ![]() Be well. |

Yeah, my husband calls it "the crazy eye". I'd be offended if it wasn't, well, kind of true.
