Does anyone feel disconnected and like a non person while switching around or going of meds?

Sometimes, but it depends what meds they are. A change in AP or an increase in dosage certainly does that for me.

I've been experiencing rather severe depersonalization while in withdrawal from Temazepam. The concept that 'realness' is a cognitive process is interesting, but directly experiencing it was (is?) very confusing. I still am not quite sure if the withdrawal caused this issue or merely made it more intense. I mostly try to ignore it, which helps to some degree as worrying (psychological stress) seems to make it worse.

Yes. I use to deal with it. The fact is the meds are harsh and mess with your brain, Any kind of feeling or non feeling should be expected.

I hope your symptoms clear up quickly
