Ummm I've been in the hospital several times and I've never seem violence among patients or any of the other things listed. Also to self harm and get help for it in a hospital? Not a good idea. Yes I've done it and told. One time I was on self-mutilation moderate restriction. I was on red band and couldnt leave the unit for 5 days, I had to eat finger foods sent up to me, I was in a camera room and had to stay in sight 24/7. Couldn't leave day room or even go potty alone! Do I regret telling? No. Because I got past the urges and then could work on other things.
