So BP is always changing but it always comes back to the hell of mixed or depression. So what is the point when it'll come back anyways? I so shouldn't have had a family.

Sounds like you are having a bad day today. Miguel'smom. Me too. I'm on a "tomorrow's another day thank f***" vibe today. Drained. Hope you feel better tomorrow. That's what I'm hoping for.

Not sure what your beliefs are.... but as soembody who believes in reincarnation.......... this existence is one of many. Obstacles are laid for us to learn from them to move on.

Last week you said you were stable and okay.. So use that as a reminder that Bipolar is going to cycle, you wont always feel like you are "today"

You have a family for a reason

I would think that the bad times would make you appreciate the good times even more. It is like changes in the weather. When it rains, you "hunker" down to survive. When the sun is out, you play. I have been depressed for over two months. When is it going to end? I do not know. But end it will.

Whats the point of "hunkering down" when you don't really want to? Because the alternative is worse. Worse for you, for your husband, for your family. They need a wife and a mother....and they treasure the one they have.

You are irreplaceable, even if you don't value yourself. Do it for them. They will love you all the more for it.
