Omega 3 is great for mood stability. It's not magic, but it can help. If it doesn't help your mood it is great for your joints and heart health too.
Thanks for this!

i believe it is more about how you live, what you do, and how you take care of your self as opposed to medication when talking about homeopathic. Sleep time, schedule, using the tools you have, eat correct foods, exercise weekly, etc. I have been able to remain med free for some time now by being careful with what I do. It is amazing how I can feel the MH. Symptoms hit when I do not sleep, eat right, exercise, and stick to schedule. If any of those are off, so am I. Hope this helps.

I tried homeopathy for a depressive episode and got a little boost, but then fell back into the D and gave up, went to traditional meds. Now I am doing other alternative approaches, but not homeopathy.
Thanks for this!
