It started last night. Barely slept because I'm so miserable. I don't have anyone to reach out to, so I'm posting here. I don't know what to do.

As long as you can grasp the concept that you are bipolar and your current mood is not permanent and that tomorrow is always another day, a chance to be better than all the past days, you should be fine.

It just feels so bad. I can't stop crying. My next T appointment is in three weeks (she's fully booked), and when I tried to reach out to my boyfriend he told me he was too stressed to deal with me today. It hurt so much. Made things worse.

Can you see if you can get an emergency slot with your T?

Even if I do, it will be days away. She doesn't work Mondays, so a message wouldn't get to her until tomorrow. Then she'd have to talk to the receptionist to set something up later in the week. :-(

Later in the week is better than 3 weeks away. I'm sorry you're having a rough time. I wish I had an answer. I zone out watching tv to try not to think about things or feel anything. I hope things get better. Take care.

I agree. Ask to be put on a cancellation list. That's how I usually get to see my T quicker if I need to.

I'm sorry that you are feeling this way.

You are welcome to keep talking to us here.

I'm glad you reached out here, gloamingone. I know you're feeling rotten right now. I wish there were a magic wand to make it stop. There are a bunch of caring people here. I'm sending you good energy and hoping you can get an earlier app't w/your t.

Call and leave a message, get on the cancellation list. Keep posting here,

Meanwhile, Ramp up your coping skills, find anything that distracts you, TV, Music, Books, Any kinda of exercise, Walk your dog(s), Go out for coffee and people watch. Hot bath with candles burning, Make a comfort food.

It's ok to just curl up with a soft blanket and daydream.
