I own a Fitbit (basically a pedometer), and I've noticed something interesting. On my bad days, I can't even make it to 1000 steps. On good days, I'm logging 3,500 or thereabouts. On hyper days, it's closer to 5,000-6,000. I wish there was a way to take notes on the app so I could record how I'm feeling on each day.

Anyway, an interesting correlation. It makes total sense, but it's kind of cool to see in a graph. I also have a mood tracker app, but it's much less objective.

Thanks for this!

I think that if you were able to document your day to day feelings and the steps on those days it would indeed be an interesting study. Maybe you could journal your days and make a spread sheet or graph on your computer.

Do you have a mood journal that allows you to comment? If so add the steps with your mood.

Yes, my mood tracker app does that. It's just cool to see the graph in the Fitbit app!

Wow on a good day for me I do upwards of 16,000. That is baseline - not hypo.
On a bad day I will do downwards of 3,000, I really feel it in my body those days.
