I have cyclothymia.... and I falling fast into the depressive state. I want to go away and hide..... and not come out. I want to leave behind everyone i know and go away..... All i seem to do is cry.....help.... i hate these feelings.....

I've been there, so I want to let you know that it can turn around. Just hold on. I almost didn't but finally had a break through with new meds. Hang in there. Don't hide. Talk to friends, family, doctors and/or therapists, whatever it takes to get you through this depressive state. Hopefully is won't last too long.

Thank u unfortunately i dont have family that care to talk about my issues and i dont have many friends. A big loner. My husbamd tries but can only handle so much... Feel like im fading fast
