If you need help & you need it fast, please go to the ER. Or call the police. Or call a suicide hot line. We care, but you need to care, too.

I hope you stay safe and get to the ER. There are lots of people on this site who care, but it sounds like you need immediate real-life help. I hope you can get it and feel better.

ER or suicide hotline can lead you in the right direction. Take care ((hugs)). Hope you feel better.

Onceuponatime - ignore ALL the labels that you think you are according to the tests that you have taken here. So many symtoms overlap different diagnosis so right now it could appear as if you've got a great big package going on. But the reality is that we don't really know what's up.

Deep breaths.

Quiz aside.

Now on to the real issue.

We all need help from time to time and there is no shame in seeing a medical professional right away.

It's the mature thing to do - and I know that you are and that you can reach out now and make that contact.

I can honestly see why, in your shoes, this is just excruciatingly overwhelmingly.

Nobody deserves to get a heap of diagnosis chucked at them all at once.

What we need is professional support. We need to know what treatment will be given to us to make us better. There is help for alleviating symptoms- irrespective of what you are officially diagnosed with by a trained doctor.

Many people here have dual diagnosis. Sure, of course it's not easy all the time. That's why we need a professional support team. They're the net under the ledge when we go flying off the wall.

Don't do this alone.

You're too important for that.

Come on.

Go ahead.

Make that call.

Uh oh, if you're feeling out of control because of those ridiculous tests, please don't put stock in them. But do see a professional (psychiatrist) who can diagnose you.

We are not good judges of ourselves, which is one major reason those tests are unreliable. I had the opposite problem--thought I was fine and I wasn't. Don't let them send you into a panic. If you really do feel unsafe, then yes, go to the ER or call the crisis line in your area.
