Oh, BIG oops. Out of the blue this morning, I was dizzy and vomiting now my head hurts. Never doing that again!

Effexor withdrawl was horrible! It was like having the flu, being drunk, being hungover, and riding a roller coaster all at the same time!

Wow I never heard of such a reaction of missing one dose of Lamictal.. I'm sorry you had to go through that !

When I was on meds I set my cell phone alarm to go off nightly it helped remind me to stop and take them , I often get distracted LOL

It reminded me of Effexor so much. If I forget my Effexor, I'm miserable within a couple hours. Very sensitive to stuff like that, I guess.

Anyway, it was early enough that I took my regular dose and was fine within an hour or so. The worst part was definitely the vomiting. It hit so suddenly I was like "WTF is going on?????" Blech.
