Glad to hear your boss is understanding.
Today at our holiday lunch a Manager was telling me about her asthma troubles and meds she's on. I was thinking how easy it would be for me to chime in with my own story, but of course I didn't because of the stigma.

Had a workplace massage today and RMT asked if I'm on any meds. I said yes ADs. We chatted about mood disorders and he said hopefully it'll go away. He was trying to be nice. It showed me how little he understood the seriousness of MI and how you can't just make it go away. Diet, exercise, reduced stress, vitamins etc contribute to wellbeing but may not be enough for some people.

If they haven't even mentioned it to you then your worries may be for nothing. Have they even talked to you about it or mentioned it? By law you are entiled to 12 weeks of FMLA in a twevle month period. You to have to work for a company that has 50 employees or more. Go to mangement, ask for a FMLA form and you will need a doc's excuse. But you don't have to schedule ahead. Inform your supervisor you are taking or leaving early using FMLA and that's it, at least it was at my last job. It also protects your job to some point because these days can't be counted as days used as vaction or sick time.

I was off again 1.5 days this week with the flu. I just feel so run down and tired. Plus working on the new computer system is a nightmare - very stressful. I'm waiting for my Manager to run out of patience with me.
I'm supposed to see my pdoc tomorrow to tell her if I want to try Latuda. I'm afraid to try something new now because I'm afraid it may not work well with me and I want to function better, not worse! I am afraid to have to take time off due to illness. Dh said tonight my mood disorder is not mild... no? I told him I doubt my diagnosis. He said but it explains so much! lol At least we had a laugh over it. It takes courage for me to try a new med. I'm afraid.

First day of my period and I'm overwheledly tired. Don't know how to get thru the day. Coffee and tylenol. I also have a sinus infection that makes me groggy. I wish I could go home but I'm afraid to take time off.

I'm sorry you feel bad. That makes two of us, I might leave early today and it's supposed to rain all afternoon.
