I spent last december inpatient, I feel like I'm gonna start 2015 off with it again

My experience wasn't too bad, I got my own private room.

I can't sleep in a room with someone else, the thought it keeping me from losing it.

instead of going back in why not go on a vacation and try that first

destress ......go blah for a few days with only worry is what do i want to eat today and should i sleep in or go out try something fun

it might just be the holiday blues/jitters/yips ............if u do not feel better by the time u come back u can check yourself in
Thanks for this!

I agree with Justugh, I would destress with either a vacation or mini ones such as a massage, mediation or sitting in nature. I don't know if it would help but it's worth a try.
