I had all but given up on happy, but I was finally brought out of depression with some new meds. I question whether it will last or not, myself. I know that is pretty negative but I had been depressed for so long I didn't expect to feel better, so hang in there.

If you need to chat & im around, im happy to listen, i hate seeing people down & upset, it breaks my heart! I care about everyone, even if i dont know them personally, i just wish i could give everyone a hug thats feeling down...

if u are not allowed in chat they most likely have u on a 72 hour ban to see what is going on this is not a huge major thing ........it is a crazy help place run by the crazies on meds ......so it is all good everyone here has issues with something talk about anything u want vent ramble let it out |
