Apparently even neuro typical people see things move in their peripheral vision. I'm not sure what causes the visual distortion, but I know it's actually quite common.

The only time I call anything a hallucination if I am: a) 100% awake: b) its full on, which means not out the corner of my eye, or a certain object looking like a different object, but nothing becoming something, right there in front of me. And c) if its affecting my functioning. Like the time I couldn't hold a proper convo because voices were screaming profanities at me, and having their own convos about how worthless I am.

That was distracting, to say the least.

I have also seen things sway, that really shouldn't be swaying, like the wall movement above

Sometimes it really is like being on drugs, minus illicit drugs. Weird.
