I just can not figure out what is going on. Tired all the time (falling asleep), using CPAP, and taking my Divalproex, Lithium, and D3 like a good patient. Oh, and lets not talk about the cycling out going to the malls where I want to get violent with people and can't stand the crowds.

It's a crazy time of year ID, no doubt about it. Keep on doing what you are doing, keep up the meds, the mindfullness and avoid people where possible. Listen to your body and get plenty of rest, good for the mind and the body....

When things have settled down talk to your Pdoc about the way you are feeling. In the meantime start journaling your feelings so that you know what you are going to talk about. If you can't wait that long to see your Pdoc and you feel you are in danger or cannot control the anger, take yourself to ER.

Hang in there.

Thank you for the response, I just saw my blood work come back and although my Depakote levels are low normal, my Lithium levels are low. I am at 0.4 (range 0.6-1.4 I think). So it may be time for an increase in dosage.
