If you take Cymbalta, what time of day do you take it and why?

Some things I read say take it at bedtime, and others in the morning

What works best for you?

I take Fetzima which is similar and take it in the morning. I think with SSNRI's morning is better as they are activating. The half life is 12 hours but if you are taking an extended release type it would be longer. I think once you have steady blood levels than it doesn't matter but I would say morning because of the nor epinephrine thing.
