Hello Again Team,
I have seen so many threads about people in crisis and not being able to get in contact with their pdocs, Ts, and even insurance companies during the holidays. What a drag. Many of us have holiday triggers with all the family stuff, seasonal issues, and routine interruptions. I am doing pretty well with it all, but you think there has to be a better way to get access to health care during critical times. What do you think? moogs

I'm really disappointed in my local psych scene. Pdocs booked up for months, therapist booked all month. Theres some new crisis centers in texas that are good about being available but its designed for short term response only.

I "can call" my T 365/7 .. Have I ? Only once "after office hours" It was 5:15 on a Monday... He often scolds me for "not" calling him
![]() Yes I do realize my situation is not the norm.
