I will just be setting here playing FB games, watching tv, etc and out of nowhere, an overwhelming depression comes over me. I don't have any thoughts so CBT is really not helpful. Does this happen to anyone else? What can I do to help?

I would continue with things that distract your mind from the depression.
Games and posting are good. Listening to relaxation tapes or music might help, too. Maybe go outside and get some fresh air or drink a cup of tea. If you have a pet, playing with them usually helps. That's just a few ideas, but you get the idea. Good luck. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Thoughts that you are not aware of from the subconscious. Those can be nasty little buggers.
