btw, ive read that severe depression can cause hallucinations and delusions. Probably really low serotonin is the culprit.

I have heard this too. Im not sure if you can have a "mixed" episode with psychosis but if you could that would describe my last "psychotic" experience . I was getting manic then boom a monster took over
If you ever saw that movie "vanilla skies" with tom cruise where he is living this dream life that all of a sudden cuts into a nightmare...yeah that was it
