Can't sleep

Well I'm up and I have taken my meds at 730pm and can't fall asleep because of my cold...it's hard to breath. I will be tired tomorrow but hopefully I get some rest...it's only 12am..it'll try to fall asleep in a little while..
What do you do when you can't sleep?

I used to clean, but I stopped due to complaints from my family. Now I hop on here, harass my dog until he runs away to bed, eat & shop online if I just got paid!

Hi Aged2324 I can't sleep either! When I can't sleep I take a hot bath with epsom salts, then lie down in the dark trying to fall asleep. If I still can't sleep I find it useful to get up and do something for awhile, then try to sleep again after a little while. I hope you find peaceful slumber! Sometimes I take Magnesium too to relax my muscles and go to sleep.

My Dr gave me an inhalier for when I'm sick because I can't take cold medicine on my meds.

I cannot sleep either right now. I lay on the couch in the dark, I come on here to post, I may watch a little TV, or munch on something. Then when I start feeling tired again, I try to go to sleep. I sometimes overdose on Niquil which can work.
