Went for an hour walk in the woods. Just the sounds of the birds, no people around, fresh air.

Thanked my son for cleaning up the kitchen. I feel like I am constantly telling him what to do, and how to do it, etc, and today I was able to give him a positive message!
Thanks for this!

Went to a fantasy fair and picked up throwing knives and new Magic cards.

Still unsure if this was a good or bad idea.

Cleaned the litter box, fed the cat, watched same cat do kitty yoga underneath a couch pillow , came on PC to post for the first time in several days-depression seems to be lifting.

Got an excellent nights sleep, 9 1/2 hours! Lots of weird dreams but that's ok, 9 1/2 hours, woo.

I went to church and stayed a half hour after, talking to various people. They seem so happy to see me. Maybe they're coming around to accepting that sometimes I'm there and sometimes I'm not. Like, I go every Sunday for a few months, and get involved in various groups, and then I'll be missing for a few months.

Such acceptance would be awesome.
