Had a meeting with my two bosses and explained that going to restaurants and out food shopping, as we do with our diabetes prevention program people, is very difficult for me. They understood and we're glad that I told them my limitations

I got up early to go for a walk while it is still cool. My muscles are really tight, so I stayed in and did a lot of stretching.

Today is one of my days off from work but I still got up at my normal/work time! Even when feeling really good I tend to lay in bed late on my off days.

Pushed through a 5 hour History exam while a bit mixed. Think I might have passed too. So relieved it is over. Now Literature next Friday.
