My ten year medium depression has become my norm. It is so long since I felt normal I cant remember what it was like.
I am so physically slowed down and lacking in energy to do most normal things. But I think my laid back temperament with no stress or pressure
helps me feel relaxed about things.

I cry when Im depressed and feel suicidal. I can't imagine being like this for 10 years. I'm sorry.

I feel the same way I have bipolar and OCD I am going completely insane and extremely depressed

I am so sorry to hear this. I went thru a 3 year depressive episode and it was horrible! I hope you find piece soon
