Playing music on my guitar. Even if it's just hitting notes and making noise for the sake of making noise. When I'm depressed, I find it very hard to find the energy or motivation to play (I also write all original material so when I'm not feeling creative it can be really frustrating when I pick up my guitar and end up getting fed up and quitting after 5 minutes) sometimes I'll spend 5 months without even picking up a guitar, but like magic, eventually the energy comes back and I find myself standing in front of my amplifier jamming out for hours at a time and it feels amazing.

Sometimes journaling and writing poetry can be really nice as well, but often I find my writings start out positive but then start becoming dark and contribute to negative moods / thoughts so I have to kind of self monitor and know when to stop writing myself into a bad feedback loop.

Yes; the Doctor! I liked David Tennant and Matt Smith. Need to catch up on Peter Capaldi. Also, Morgan Freeman's Through The Wormhole. And my other favorite doctor, House.

Still biking for me. No matter how bad a mood I'm in, a quick ride around the village always always gets me in a better state.

At night, a beer and a nice book. Hehe

Lately I've been into adult coloring books in mandala designs. It's therapeutic. Although, since starting Rexulti, it's hard for me to sit still for long enough to finish anything. :/

Also I like cooking ....and reading. Metaphysics/theoretical physics are my 2 main interests.

Hey, Rexulti makes me restless too!

I like this thread. Sometimes I read around on the forums and do get down. ESPECIALLY the depression thread. Seriously. I love the interaction with others, but I love success stories and positive things. I need it.

Been depressed today I find if I post on forums it helps take my mind off of being depressed a little.

I went out fishing last week to Hells Canyon Idaho and caught my first Steelhead well I caught for Steelhead,4 Rainbow Trout and about a dozen Small Mouth Bass.

This is the only Steelhead I ended up keeping 29 inches and 12 pounds.

Things we can do to make us happy.

Another one I let go.

Things we can do to make us happy.

A small mouth I ended up keeping.

Things we can do to make us happy.

If you like fishing even if you just toss them back and you are on disability check out your local fish and game for reduced prices on a license. I got a three year hunting/fishing combo license for like $11.50.

The wife and I bought a kayak last week and got it out on the water last weekend. I have not had that much fun in a long time. Now neither the wife or me have ever been in a Kayak so I was a little nervous to say the least but ended up having a blast. The lake we took it up to is a little under two hours away and my oldest lives near it so we picked him and his buddy up on our way up so they could fish. My son was running his mouth all the way up about how we were going to flip and go swimming. The wife and I went out and had a fun time and we stayed nice and dry. Well when we got back to shore we offered for them to take it out and they said yes. My so gets in first no problem then his buddy gets in second. Well his buddy stepped to far to the side and dumped my son right into the lake. Talk about instant Karma lol I laughed so hard.

Things we can do to make us happy.

Post here on PC. Play with toys. Current one is a an advanced fitness watch with a chest strap heart sensor. This is a multi sport watch that gives me walking stats, much more than I need. But I still like looking at them, and making future goals based on them. I also do enjoy exersizing. Using my iPad to surf the web. Oh yes, I like chasing my cat around the house. Good exersize.
