Here we go again

This sux. It's an endless cycle. I stabilize on the depressed side, then have to take a little AD to come back to base.

I can tell I'm starting to cycle again. I felt solid for the last week or so, but that feeling has faded. I woke up depressed today, enough to close all my accounts and say screw it. I'm going to ride this wave and see where it takes me.

My Chiuahaha is sick. It's been coughing and gagging for days. It's hopeless

I am so sorry you are cycling so rapidly. I'm having a little bit of the same issue....mostly down and mixed....can't get stable....here's a hug for you and your poor doggie!

Can you call your doctor to catch it sooner?

No. You know how pdocs are, booked solid with a 2 month wait. I'm good. I made some minor med adjustments, like a little more AD. Since I'm aware of my moods, I don't think I'll get delusional about it this time. My stabilizer might need to be tweaked some more. Feeling better.
