On 1/13 @ 9:30 pm I took 7.5 mg of Zyprexa, 20 mg prozac, 200 mg lamictal

I take meds twice a day. Tonight I took 15mg Buspar, 25mg Seroquel, 100mg Lamictal, and others including Sensoril, L-Theanine, and a multivitamin.

30 mgs of Prozac.... Down the hatch! I do the other stuff at night!

Last night and this morning I took my meds as prescribed. A big improvement on the last week where I haven't been taking my meds on the nights I have been getting drunk. Mixed states make it so difficult to be compliant with almost anything.

Morning meds (too numerous to mention
) done and done......will relate AD is Viibryd (I know AD's are not always a good fit with BP.....but has anyone ever taken Viibryd? It's new for me)

I took Viibyrd. It's an AD with AP qualities and Anti anxiety stuff.

I just took my nightly meds, Lamictal and Geodon. I also took a couple calcium supplements and omega3 fish oil. Yummmm

Still taking my meds as prescribed. A big improvement for me. Drinking less too. Tempted to drop my Pristiq again as I think it makes me rapid cycle worse but I am trying to hangout until i see my pdoc on Tuesday.

I'm drinking again, had manic urges and depressive moments. At least I'm aware. Trying to take meds all time.
