So far this winter I have felt a lot better as I am usually quite depressed at this time of year. I have a large element of Seasonal affective disorder with my Bipolar 2. I also have a very slow cycle This is the best I have felt in ten years. Is this because

1. I am coming out of depression.
2. I have been in Spain (sunshine) for 60 days
3. I have started Dark Therapy
4. The weather has been bright in the uk so far this winter.
5. I have started taking a daily dose of vitamin D.

or is this a combination of all of these

we shall see.

I'm glad you feel so much better! And as a side note, I AM SO JEALOUS you were in Spain. It's one my list of places I'd love to go to!

Probably everything but man, let me tell you, vitamin D is pretty impressive in what it can do to anybody who's deficient whether bipolar or not!
Thanks for this!
