Okay so I'm on lithium 300 milligrams twice a day and I'm on xanax 4 times a day. If I don't have my syntax sometimes I have to overtake for because I have a severe severe severe breakdown have an enormous panic attack and I get up for won't do it it won't it'll help in Idaho but it won't help you know enough to where I won't break down so I don't I don't overdo them ofeten only in emergencies but when I do not have my benzos I'll have to drink alcohol and while I'm on a lithium and if I have hypothyroidism and I take 300 milligrams of that twice a day what could that do to my body, skin and how overall health but these lesbians still have any effect in this to it at all afternoon and if I were to drink any alcohol to help me calm down if I do not have any xanax??

Personally, I don't know how you are up and walking around with all that lithium and xanax. You should NEVER drink alcohol when you are on medication because it can be life threatening to you. Please go to your doctor and talk with him about the meds and see what he has to say and stay away from the alcohol.

Well, Your post is pretty tough to follow I'm going to go out on a limb and assume your currently under the influence of too much Xanax or alcohol or both and of course mixing it all together is a recipe for disaster.

I do know its virtually impossible to find stability while drinking.

Only advice I can offer... is see your Doctors and be honest about your over use of benzios at times, your intake of alcohol and the amount of panic attacks you are having.
