I don't really know what to say. I feel horrible. Agitated, irritated, emotional, tired. I'm moving a lot slower than what I usually do. My doc wants to have a meeting with my family without me. I don't know how I feel about that. I just want it to end. Fall asleep and never wake up.
I just can't believe that this is my life. I never would have imagined.

I have often wanted to go to sleep never to wake up. But no matter how bad it is, your family loves you. They will never be better off without you remember that. It is what I have helped me many times. you feel so bad

I remember feeling similar emotions when I was IP a couple of months ago. I just couldn't figure out how my life had come to that. But the feeling did pass eventually, and yours will too. It always does. You just have to give it time, and being in the hospital helps with that. Please keep us posted on your progress, and know that better days are coming.

It sounds like you may be in a mixed state which I think are the most dangerous ones. I would say to just make sure you continue on looking for answers for the best combo of meds. I had a mixed state about six months ago and I ended up in the hospital. I had to totally change my meds.

So sorry you are suffering deeply and need to be in hospital but I am also glad you are getting treatment. You deserve stability and I hope that is what you find. Things are dark now but if you wait it out the sun will rise again. Take care
