Hi guys, I am diagnosed Bipolar and haven't gone to see my therapist in awhile because I am at college so I figured I would find a support group/forum of people that share the experience with me. I just wanted to say hello to everyone and I hope this will be a positive experience. I am feeling especially hopeless today and just want the seasons to change back to spring because winter triggers an especially low episode and I don't know if I can take it much longer. I have tried my happy light but it doesn't seem to work, does anyone else have any suggestions for SAD and Bipolar?
I am on 200 mg welbutrin as well as 150 lamotrigine and .5 ativan for anxiety.
Either way I just wanted to say hello to the community.
Hugs from:

Anameowmeow, hello and welcome to PsychCentral. I’m Gayle, it’s nice to meet you.

I, too wish that spring would get here sooner. This winter has left me depressed this year. I hope things get better for you soon.

I hope you find this site to be as helpful as I have. It's a great place to share your thoughts and receive feedback and support.
